How do I reset my password?
Open your browser and go to www.jobmart.com/login. Click ‘Forgot your password?’ and follow the instructions to reset it. The system will send you a recovery email with a link to reset your password.
I am trying to log in, but it says my email address is already taken.
You are likely on the registration page. Please go to the login page and visit www.jobmart.com/login. Enter your username and password. If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it by clicking on ‘Forgot your password?’.
I don’t need JobMart anymore. How do I delete my account?
We’d be sad to see you go, and we encourage you to keep your account, as JobMart continuously updates its content to better serve job seekers. However, if you still wish to delete your JobMart account, click on your profile image in the top-right corner of the homepage, select Account Settings, and choose the Delete account option.
What kind of jobs are there on JobMart?
JobMart offers job opportunities across all industries and seniority levels. We recommend checking regularly for new listings. We feature JobMart Exclusive roles posted by our employer partners, as well as jobs aggregated from other sources. Please note that aggregated jobs may redirect you to an external site for application submission or provide specific instructions. We ensure that all jobs on our platform are legitimate—you should never pay to apply for a job!
Am I allowed to apply for jobs in a country where I am not currently living?
Yes, you can. However, keep in mind that employers make the final decision on handling work permits and relocation costs. Always check the job requirements before applying.
Are the jobs on JobMart different from other job sites?
Employers posting jobs on JobMart go through a validation process by our team. Some jobs may also appear on other job platforms, but many employers use JobMart as their primary recruitment channel. Keep your JobMart profile updated, as employers actively search our talent database—the stronger your profile, the better your chances of landing your next job.
Are jobs on JobMart genuine?
All job postings on JobMart are verified by our team. Some employers may prefer to receive applications through JobMart rather than their own website, so not all listings may appear directly on company sites. If you encounter anything suspicious, please contact us.
Why do you duplicate job postings?
Some employers continuously seek fresh talent for the same role, leading to multiple openings for identical positions. Additionally, some job listings appear in multiple locations as companies hire for the same role in different areas.
How do I get my CV to full completion?
The stronger your JobMart profile, the better your chances of finding great job opportunities, courses, and career resources. To increase your profile completion rate, make sure to fill in all required sections.
Why do I need to add skills, and how do I do it?
Your skills showcase your abilities to potential employers. You can add skills to your profile under the Skill Set section or link them to specific work experiences on your JobMart profile page. You can include up to 50 skills in total.
Why do I need to create a profile, and why does it take time?
You only need to complete your profile once. JobMart also provides a tool to automatically analyze and build your profile from an existing CV. A well-completed profile helps you receive better job recommendations and enhances your chances of being discovered by employers searching for talent.
How is the application process on JobMart?
JobMart features two types of job postings: JobMart Exclusive roles and external job listings.
- For JobMart Exclusive roles, you must complete all required application steps on the platform to submit successfully.
- For external roles, Step 1 allows you to review and download either your JobMart-generated CV or your original CV. In Step 2, you will find details such as the employer’s email, physical address, or a link to their website to complete your application.
How can I access my incomplete job application?
You can save and continue your application anytime before the deadline. To access incomplete applications, log into your profile, go to the Jobs page, and click on the Applications tab or check the My Updates section on your JobMart Dashboard. Keep in mind that some employers may close applications early, so applying sooner increases your chances.
How do I know if my application has been submitted?
For jobs applied directly through JobMart, your application is submitted once you click the Submit button, and you’ll receive a confirmation email. For external job applications, it’s your responsibility to complete the process through the employer’s provided link or email. Be sure to follow the application instructions carefully!
What happens after I get shortlisted for a position?
If shortlisted, the employer will contact you with the next steps. The recruitment process can take time—sometimes even up to two months—so responses may not be immediate. Being shortlisted does not guarantee an interview, as some employers initially shortlist multiple candidates before making final selections.
Why do I need to complete a long personality test when applying?
Employers seek candidates who align with their company culture, which is why some require personality assessments. These tests do not have right or wrong answers—they simply help match you to the right roles. The JobMart personality test is based on the Big 5 framework, a widely recognized psychometric model used to evaluate workplace behavior and character.
What is Instant Feedback?
Instant Feedback is a premium feature that helps you compare yourself with top candidates based on experience, skills, personality, and education. It provides personalized advice to improve your chances of securing a job. You can purchase Instant Feedback for a specific job or for unlimited jobs for 30 days.
Where do I get Instant Feedback?
To purchase Instant Feedback, go to a job description and click “Get Instant Feedback.” Follow the steps to choose your preferred option. Once activated, return to the job description and click “View Instant Feedback” to see your results.
Why am I not receiving feedback despite multiple applications?
We understand how frustrating it can be to apply for jobs without receiving feedback. Sometimes, recruitment takes time, and due to a high number of applicants, employers may not provide personalized responses. Additionally, if you applied externally (via email or an employer’s website), they will contact you directly, not through JobMart.
To improve your chances:
- Ensure your profile is up to date
- Consider booking a session with a JobMart Career Coach for guidance on optimizing your job search.
I purchased Instant Feedback but haven’t received feedback for my application.
Instant Feedback provides insights on how well you match a job, suggestions to enhance your application, and a comparison with top candidates. However, it does not provide specific feedback from the employer. If you are shortlisted, the employer will usually contact you within two weeks after the job application closes.
Where can I find the JobMart CV Creator I purchased?
Log in to your account, go to your JobMart profile, click on your profile photo, and you’ll find the option to download your CV.
What if my JobMart CV Creator is missing details?
Your JobMart CV Creator pulls information directly from your profile. If details are missing:
- Update your profile with the latest information.
- Refresh the CV Creator page and download the updated CV.
- If the issue persists, please contact our support team for assistance.
