Field Sales Agents Full Time NEW

We are expanding our fibre broadband network across Greater Kampala and are seeking energetic, self-motivated individuals to join our field sales team as Digital Sales Agents. In this role, you will represent Infinity Computers by engaging directly with potential customers in their homes, presenting different digital service packages, and onboarding new subscribers. This is a target-driven, field-based position offering uncapped earning potential.

COVERAGE AREAS

Bulindo · Kiwologoma · Kyaliwajjala · Kira/Mamerito · Mbalwa · and surrounding areas.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct door-to-door visits within assigned zones to generate new subscriptions.
• Clearly explain fibre broadband products, pricing, and benefits to prospective customers.
• Meet or exceed daily visit and subscription targets set by the sales supervisor.
• Accurately collect customer information and submit daily activity reports.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with community leaders and residents.
• Represent Infinity Computers professionally at all times in the field.

REQUIREMENTS

•  Minimum of a Uganda Advanced Certificate of Education (UACE); a diploma or degree is an added advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English and/or Luganda.
• Highly motivated with a strong drive to achieve sales targets (no prior experience required).
• Willingness to work outdoors and move across designated areas daily.
• A well functioning smartphone with a good camera and adequate storage to support new apps.
• Literacy for reporting and use of company sales applications.
• Access to a reliable internet or Wi-Fi connection (required for the online interview process).
• Honest, dependable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Residence within or near the coverage areas is an added advantage.
